In the top of the sixth, Portland first baseman Iván Rosário had a productive at-bat. With runners on 2nd and 3rd and one out, Rosário stroked a 2-run single to right. It made the score 3-0, Portland. For the game, he went 1-4, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"Things didn't bounce our way," said Richmond skipper Mike Sarbaugh.
