Thrilling Walk-Off Win for Flying Squirrels
With first baseman Luis Lozano leading the charge, the Richmond Flying Squirrels defeated the Altoona Curve, 4-3, at Senator Thomas J. Dodd Memorial Stadium. Lozano, who is rated as the 87th best prospect by BNN, went 4-5 with a home run, 3 singles, and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Richmond reliever Raúl Rivera picked up the win, while Jerry Walker took the loss for Altoona. Today's win puts Richmond at 31-36, while Altoona falls to 32-34.

In the bottom of the ninth, with the score tied, Lozano hammered a solo home run to win it for Richmond.

"It was bedlam at the end," Lozano said.
