The Binghamton Mets downed the Trenton Thunder, 10-3, at NYSEG Stadium. Mike Sperring led the way, going 3-for-5 for Binghamton. Monte Craig, the winner, improved to 3-1. He held Trenton to 3 runs on 5 hits over 6 innings, while racking up 9 strikeouts. Caleb Nix recorded the save for Binghamton, his 2nd of the season.

António Quintero had a key at-bat with two out in the bottom of the fifth for Binghamton. With the bases loaded and the Mets leading 4-3, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run.
