Omaha Grabs 5-2 Road Win
The Omaha Storm Chasers got a marvelous performance from pitcher Dave Howard. The right-hander kept the Oklahoma City offense from ever getting much traction. The result was an impressive 5-2 Omaha victory at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Picking up the save was Steve Wilson. He's now 16 for 22 in save chances. The win boosted Omaha to 69-68.

Omaha used a well-timed hit by Ken Hodge to capture the win. The left fielder socked a 2-run double in the top of the second inning to put the Storm Chasers ahead, 2-1. Though it was his only hit in 5 at-bats, it was important.

Omaha manager Rajai Davis commended his team for "banging out a nice win."
