The El Paso Chihuahuas got a superb performance from pitcher Zak Holliday, but the Sacramento River Cats still won the game, 8-4. Holliday threw 6.0 innings of 4-hit ball. The setback makes El Paso 86-51.

Sacramento used the timely hitting of Mario Pacheco to seize the win. The second baseman stroked a 2-run single in the top of the seventh inning to put the River Cats on top, 6-4. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Feels good to get the job done," Pacheco said after the game.
