Sounds Pull Off Thrilling 4-2 Win in Extras
The Nashville Sounds and Omaha Storm Chasers played an exciting game.

Omaha got a terrific performance from pitcher Eric Hammers, but it wasn't enough to beat the Nashville Sounds. Nashville won the Werner Park contest, 4-2. Hammers threw 7.0 innings of shutout ball for the losing team. Nashville reliever Bennie Middehof picked up the win to move to 5-7. Steve Wilson suffered the loss.

Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Kyu-min Lee? The 32-year old catcher Lee stroked a 2-run double in the top of the tenth inning to put Nashville up, 4-2. For the game, he was 3 for 5, including 1 double and 2 singles.

"We're all smiles after that win," Lee told the Nashville Bulletin.

With the win, Nashville raised its record to 50-48.
