The Reno Aces and Sacramento River Cats played an exciting game.

The Reno Aces picked up a win at Aces Ballpark, knocking off the Sacramento River Cats, 4-3. Starting pitcher Stephen Gonsalves was a big reason why. Reno is now 36-51, while Sacramento is 35-52.

Denver Huffman came through for Reno when he hit a run-scoring single in the bottom of the sixth. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a two-strike curveball to right field, staking his team to a 4-3 lead.

"Winning is hard sometimes," said Aces manager Ruben Niebla. "This one was nice to get."
