Dodgers Dealt 4-3 Loss by Colorado Springs
Fans witnessed a whale of a game between the Colorado Springs Sky Sox and Oklahoma City Dodgers.

Colorado Springs registered a win at Security Service Field by beating the Oklahoma City Dodgers, 4-3. Pitcher Randy Smith was one reason why the Sky Sox triumphed. Colorado Springs reliever Ernie Cole snagged the win, upping his record to 1-1. Mauricio Atizol shouldered the loss.

Jeremy McGee drove in one run for Colorado Springs. The 24-year old shortstop had a key at-bat in the bottom of the seventh. With one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he broke a 3-3 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Mauricio Atizol. It was his 12th RBI of the season.

"We scored more than enough runs this time," said Colorado Springs manager Tony Sipp. "Now watch. The next game we'll probably struggle to get a base hit."

The setback makes Oklahoma City 19-19.
