The Reno Aces did just enough to secure a victory over the Tacoma Rainiers, 9-8, in 12 innings at Aces Ballpark. Nobody did more than left fielder Greg Bernard. With the loss, Tacoma drops to 13-14.

In the bottom of the 12th, with the score tied, Bernard hammered a solo home run to win it for Reno.

"Drama and more drama," said Aces manager Ruben Niebla. "That's baseball at its finest."
