The Omaha Storm Chasers went down to defeat to Ken Long and his Round Rock teammates. The final score was 5-1, in favor of the Express. The loss drops Omaha to 15-12.
It could have been a different outcome for Round Rock, had it not been for Hemerson Serven, the 28-year old third baseman . Serven contributed a 2-run single in the top of the seventh inning to put Round Rock up, 4-0.
Serven told a Round Rock Herald reporter that he was "gratified" with the win.
