|
Steve Walker made an impact in the 5-2 Fresno win over Tacoma. Walker, who is tied for 7th in the PC in triples with 1, went 2-2 with a double and 2 walks. The Rainiers fall to 8-10 and continue their lackluster start in 2026.
Shawn Hatfield helped out the Fresno cause in the bottom of the fourth inning with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. For the game, the catcher went 1-3.
"It was just a matter of executing," said Fresno manager Alex Gordon.
