The Erie SeaWolves picked up a win at Jerry Uht Park, taking down the Altoona Curve, 13-0. Starting pitcher Tim Woods was a big reason why. The SeaWolves now have a record of 33-19 with the win over Altoona.

The SeaWolves got a big hit from second baseman Amilcar Uribe. Facing Altoona pitcher José Rosário in the bottom of the seventh, Uribe pounded a bases-clearing double to left. His 6th double of the season put the SeaWolves ahead, 12-0.

"They beat us, they beat us soundly," said losing manager David Ortiz.
