RubberDucks Earn Win with Late Rally
The Akron RubberDucks wiggled past the Reading Fightin Phils, 5-4, in 11 innings at Canal Park. The win was highlighted by the performance of Akron pitcher Juan D. Nunez. With the win, Akron raised its record to 27-18.

The RubberDucks got a clutch hit from third baseman Ben Ramsey. In the bottom of the 11th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the RubberDucks.

"That was your kind of game, if you like high drama," said RubberDucks manager Keith Johnson.
