Riding the 2-hit performance of the 21-year old third baseman Ignacio Medina, the Cleveland (DSL) Guardians defeated the Philadelphia (DSL) Phillies, 11-1. Philadelphia (DSL) now owns a losing streak of 5 games.

Early in the game, Medina had a 3-run home run for Cleveland (DSL). It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Guardians on top, 3-0.

"We came out with clear minds and swung the bats well," said Cleveland (DSL) manager Jordy Mercer.
