Cincinnati (DSL) left fielder Josh Anderson had a good game in a losing cause. His team fell, 3-1, to Minnesota (DSL) at Baseball City Complex. Anderson was 2 for 4 with a home run. A key at-bat in the game came in the bottom of the seventh inning when the Twins sent teenager Joe Robinson to the plate against Rojos hurler Ken Rutherford. With the bases empty and a whole stadium watching, the kid controlled his nerves and delivered huge, hitting a home run off a 1-1 fastball to score 1.

"You've got to ride the highs and the lows in baseball in order to succeed," Robinson told the Minnesota (DSL) Herald. "Right now I'm feeling good, but that don't mean squat for tomorrow."
