Guardians Bats Go Cold Against Rojos
The Cincinnati (DSL) Rojos picked up a win at Baseball City Complex, defeating the Cleveland (DSL) Guardians, 8-0. Starting pitcher Laiafi Kalinda was an essential part of his team's success. Cincinnati (DSL) is now 33-23, Cleveland (DSL) 33-23.

Kalinda, the winning pitcher, goes to 8-2 on the season. In 8.1 innings, the right-hander limited the opposition to no runs on 4 hits, while recording 11 punchouts. Kalinda and the Rojos were able to cruise to victory.

"Laiafi was exceptional and he pitched with a purpose," said Cincinnati (DSL) manager Joe Kmak.
