Fans watched the Cleveland (DSL) Guardians and the Cincinnati (DSL) Rojos fight to the finish.

The Cleveland (DSL) Guardians defeated the Cincinnati (DSL) Rojos, 4-3, in 11 innings. Much of the credit belonged to right fielder Jesús Martínez, who went 1-3 with a home run and a walk for the Guardians. The Guardians improved their record to 33-22 by beating Cincinnati (DSL).

Luis Jiménez had a direct impact on the outcome. Jiménez contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the 11th inning to put Cleveland (DSL) up, 4-3.

Jiménez called the win a testament to his team's "grit."
