In a tight contest at Baseball City Complex, the DSL Blue Jays edged the DSL Twins by the score of 8-7 in 15 innings. DSL second baseman Dan Parkinson, who blasted 1 home run, was a key contributor. DSL reliever José García picked up the win, upping his record to 3-0. Jim Unknown was saddled with the loss. The win elevated the Blue Jays to 24-14.

DSL needed the clutch hitting of Juan Carlos Guzmán to seal the deal. The first baseman swatted a solo home run in the top of the 15th inning to put the Blue Jays on top, 8-7. For the game, Guzmán had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
