Rodríguez Hits Two Dingers, Yankees 1 Win, 6-3
The New York A (DSL) Yankees 1 defeated the Texas (DSL) Rangers, 6-3, at New York Yankees Complex. New York A (DSL) left fielder José Rodríguez had a superb performance. He belted 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. Tony Soto picked up the win in relief. His record improves to 2-1. Tony Martínez suffered the loss. The Yankees 1 raised their record to 17-27.

Early in the game, Rodríguez had a 3-run home run for New York A (DSL). It was his 2nd home run of the season and put the Yankees 1 on top, 3-0.
