Morris Delivers Walk-Off Win for Mets 2
Led by Joe Rosemond, the New York N 2 (DSL) Mets 2 downed the Chicago A (DSL) White Sox, 6-5. Rosemond was 3-3 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Mets 2. New York N 2 (DSL) is now 26-5, 3½ games up in the Boca Chica North Division.

Ron Morris was the walk-off hero for New York N 2 (DSL). With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Mets 2 pinch hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"This place sure got loud," said Phillip Wellman, the New York N 2 (DSL) manager.
