Chicago beat Colorado in a rain-soaked ballgame.

Chicago starter Adam Conley pitched well against the Colorado Rockies at Wrigley Field. The left-hander led his team to a win, 13-5. The Cubs improved their record to 24-30 with the win over Colorado.

Franklin Barreto, who finished 4th in the AL in stolen bases with 29 in 2020, chipped in a 3-run home run for Chicago in the bottom of the second. For the game, the second baseman had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 3 runs batted in.
