The 7-4 Altoona win over Bowie was due in large part to Djoka Uskokovic. The Curve left fielder went 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 3 times. Greg Murray recorded the save, his 4th. The Baysox drop to 9-13, as their stumbling start to the 2026 season continues.

Altoona took a 5-4 lead on Jorge Cabrera's 2nd double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Cabrera hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Bowie pitcher Jesús García visibly frustrated.

"We're stringing together some nice wins," said Altoona manager David Ortiz.
