The DSL Twins and DSL White Sox completed their game despite the inclement weather.
The DSL Twins bested the DSL White Sox by a score of 1-0, with third baseman Juan Chávez getting the main credit. On the day, Chávez went 2 for 4 with a home run for the Twins. The win went to Doug Jones in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Jorge López took the loss. Sam Riggs wrapped it up, recording his 1st save.
Early in the game, Chávez had a solo home run for DSL. It was his 1st home run of the season and put the Twins on top, 1-0.
"I still think this team can play even better," Chávez told the DSL Daily News.
The win puts DSL at 4-3.
