River Bandits Rally For 4-2 Win
Quad Cities River Bandits starter Myron Nichols pitched his team past the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, 4-2. Quad Cities reliever Mike Price picked up the win to move to 10-5. Dominic Crow suffered the loss. Bob Barraclough, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 30th save.

The game was at a stalemate until left fielder Ezequiel Cerqueora came to bat in the bottom of the eighth. Facing Wisconsin pitcher Dominic Crow, he hit a first pitch slider for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Quad Cities on top, 3-2.

"Myron -- his tempo and rhythm were good," said River Bandits manager Takanobu Sato. "He was the key to us winning."

The River Bandits go to 67-67, putting them 5th in the Western Division.
