Savannah got a big-time effort from pitcher José Guillén, but it wasn't enough to keep the Greenville Drive from winning the game, 3-2. Guillén threw 7.2 innings allowing 1 run for the losing team. Mal Wilson snagged the win in relief. The left-hander allowed 2 runs on 3 hits over 3 innings. He's now 1-1 on the season. The Drive go to 49-86 with the win.

Chad Baker was the walk-off hero for Greenville. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Drive pinch hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

Baker said the team appreciates the support from the fans. "I'm glad we could reward them with a good win," he said after the game.
