Taylor Propels Asheville Offense in 10-3 Rout
The Asheville Tourists topped the Lexington Legends by a score of 10-3. Leading the way was second baseman Mike Taylor. Taylor went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 times and drove in 4 for the Tourists. The Tourists improved their record to 19-23 with the win over Lexington.

A key moment came with no one out in the top of the third. That's when Taylor hit a cutter from Aurelio Quintana for a run-scoring single, putting Asheville up, 1-0.

"I was able to square up some pitches," said Taylor.
