Tuesday, September 3rd, 2019
Rougned Odor of the Detroit Tigers and Pedro Fernandez of the Kansas City Royals will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 4 and 8 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Tigers-Royals game at Comerica Tigers Park.

Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Odor and Fernandez will begin serving them soon.

Odor's current batting average stands at .225 and he has chalked up 3 home runs and 34 RBIs.

Checking out his stats for the season, Fernandez has racked up 1 win and 3 losses in 8 starts, 4.46 ERA and struck out 47 batters in 36.1 innings.
