Ellis Struts Stuff in Win Over Colorado Monday, July 6th , 2026 Goose eggs were the order of the day for the Colorado Rockies as starter Donnie Ellis shut them out, 6-0, at Dodger Stadium. The Los Angeles pitcher struck out 7 and walked 1 while allowing 3 hits. "Ellis was good but he wasn't flawless," Colorado manager Mark Minicozzi said. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Los Angeles, but this is on us."
