Setback for Padres and Mike Hollingsworth Wednesday, May 13th , 2026 San Diego Padres right fielder Mike Hollingsworth is not healing as well as expected as he recovers from torn ankle ligaments and will miss an additional 4 months as a result. Hollingsworth had been working with the team medical staff, but was taken to a specialist as a precaution. Examination revealed more damage than originally thought. Mike Hollingsworth is expected to undergo surgery in San Diego(California) tomorrow. |
