Barrett's Condition Worse, Suffers Another Setback Thursday, November 20th , 2025 First Jake Barrett got hurt and suffered a torn rotator cuff. Now he is going to miss even more games. Treatment was going well until yesterday when the Marlins closer overextended himself in a workout and suffered a setback. The Miami medical staff have now revised his recovery time to at least 3 months. In 613 career appearances, Barrett has a 46-45 record, saved 124 games, fanned 607 batters in 612 innings and put up a 3.49 ERA. |
