Texas Rangers, Tigers Agree to Trade Friday, July 1st , 2022 Texas and Detroit announced some roster changes today as the Rangers acquired 25-year old minor league CF Jim Tate from the Tigers in exchange for 25-year old 3B Cole Tucker, 18-year old minor league CF Balduíno Vecchi, and 22-year old minor league RHP Jon Reed. Representatives from both teams say they are pleased with the deal. In 22 games this season Tucker is batting .213 with 13 hits and 1 home run. He has scored 6 runs and driven in 5. |
