Big Bat Pays Off, Williams Player of the Week Monday, December 24th, 2018 So far in his young career, Justin Williams has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the League 1 in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 23-year-old WL Rays right fielder hit at a torrid .438 clip as he collected 7 hits in 16 at-bats, 3 home runs, 5 RBIs and 4 runs scored. So far this year Williams is hitting .338 with 11 home runs. |
