Banks Sizzles with 20-Game Batting Streak Saturday, September 5th , 2026 The FCL Red Sox fell to the FCL Twins in Hammond Stadium, even as 19-year-old third baseman Randy Banks upped his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games. Banks finished with 1 hit in 4 at-bats, but could not stop the Red Sox from dropping the 2-1 decision. "Yeah, I kept my streak going, but it would have been better to come away with a win," said Banks. Randy Banks flied out in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, singled in the 7th and flied out in the 9th.
