The New York A1 (GCL) pitcher struck out 9 and walked 1 while allowing 4 hits. "MacQuartie was good but he wasn't flawless," New York A2 (GCL) manager Jose Flores said. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from New York A1 (GCL), but this is on us."
