MacCaw Ups Hit Streak to 30 Consecutive Games Saturday, August 16th , 2025 Dave MacCaw of the Minnesota (GCL) Twins tagged 2 hits in today's 7-2 loss to the Baltimore (GCL) Orioles at Hammond Stadium to run his hitting streak to 30 straight games. "I realize it's unlikely to have a 30-game streak and not have a couple losses mixed in," he said later. "But it still takes the fun out of it." Dave MacCaw singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th and hit an RBI triple in the 8th. For the year, MacCaw has hit at a .401 clip with 31 RBIs, 5 home runs and 39 runs scored. |
