Bluefield Out of Playoff Race Tuesday, September 2nd , 2025 Bluefield Blue Jays starting pitcher Chris Hughes said it is a "bitter disappointment" for he and his teammates to miss the playoffs. The remarks came hours after the club was mathematically eliminated from 2025 postseason contention. The Blue Jays are still searching for their first playoff appearance. The team has now missed qualifying for the postseason in each of their 11 seasons in the APP. |
