5-Hit Game for Campbell Monday, July 20th , 2026 The Springfield Cardinals stopped the Tulsa Drillers by a score of 7-1 at ONEOK Field, with the lion's share of the credit going to second baseman Dave Campbell. The 21-year-old had a career day, collecting 5 hits. "Every batter wants to have a quality at-bat every time he steps up to the plate," Campbell said later. "He wants to hit the ball hard." Campbell did just that in his 5 at-bats, much to the chagrin of the Drillers. "Not much that I can say," offered Tulsa manager Victor Martinez. "He just hammered the heck out of us."
