5-Hit Barrage by Moore Wednesday, June 24th , 2026 It's not something you read about in the sports pages every day -- a 5-for-7 day. For many, it might come around only once in a career -- and for Clint Moore, it came around today. The 27-year-old left fielder scattered hits all over Dr. Pepper Ballpark to pace the 17-11 San Antonio Missions victory over the Frisco RoughRiders. Frisco skipper Mike Breyman told reporters in the press room that "Moore deserves a hat-tip." "He hit some good pitches against us," he said. "In fact, according to our scouting reports, Moore hit several that he is not supposed to be able to hit." Clint Moore singled in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Bernardo Navarro in the 3rd, flied out in the 4th, flied out in the 6th, doubled in the 8th and hit an RBI double in the 9th.
