Bisons, Ford Buzz Bulls, 2-0 Friday, July 29th , 2022 It wasn't easy but Chris Ford made it look that way. Ford silenced the Durham Bulls, 2-0, in a Buffalo Bisons triumph at Coca-Cola Field today. Despite the appearance of dominance, Ford said later that he felt like he was struggling all game. He gave up no walks and 1 hit. "It didn't feel quite right today, but I made the decision to bear down and work through it," he said. "I made a few mistakes but it goes to show what you can do with grit and not much else." This season Ford has compiled a 8-6 mark, 3.10 ERA and made 15 starts. View Boxscore |
