Toronto Rallies to 8-6 Win
Behind a solid performance from third baseman Tynan Cotto, the Toronto Blue Jays defeated the Cleveland Guardians, 8-6. Cotto went 2 for 4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for the Blue Jays. Jake Barrett, now 1-2, picked up the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 1.2 innings. Juan Pérez wrapped it up, recording his 3rd save.

Toronto center fielder Chris Bryan helped the Blue Jays go up, 7-6, in the bottom of the eighth inning. With the game tied, Bryan hit a run-scoring single off Cleveland pitcher Bobby Young.

"We take it day by day here," said Bryan, "and today was a good one for us."

Cleveland drops to 13-15.
