|
The Milwaukee Brewers trumped the Toronto Blue Jays, 5-4, at Miller Park. Milwaukee first baseman Billy Wood was terrific. He went 2 for 2 with a home run and was hit by a pitch. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. Milwaukee is now 15-3.
Early in the game, Wood had a 2-run home run for Milwaukee. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Brewers on top, 2-0.
"We feel like we're going to win every game right now," said Milwaukee skipper Doug Dascenzo.
