Willie Miller was in a mood to talk following the Frisco RoughRiders contest against the Midland RockHounds, expounding to BNN reporters on his pitching philosophy. He had good reason to be excitable, having tossed a complete game shutout of the RockHounds, 4-0.

"There are three important elements in pitching success: location, location, and location," Miller said. "I was hitting my spots time and time again."

The right-hander blanked Midland on a 5-hitter, allowing 1 walk and racking up 10 strikeouts.

To date this season, Miller has compiled a 13-7 record with a 3.71 ERA in 27 starts.
