With Eric Brown leading the charge, the Midland RockHounds defeated the San Antonio Missions, 13-1. Brown was 3 for 5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 5 for the RockHounds. Midland is now 42-86, while San Antonio is 53-75.

The game turned with one out in the bottom of the fourth. That's when Brown hit a 3-run home run off Joe Owens. It propelled the RockHounds into the lead, 3-0.

"I thought we played a nice game," Brown told the Midland Daily. "Good pitching, timely hitting, it was all there."
