Shuckers Rally to Eke Out Win
Lúcio Pérez pitched a gem to lead Biloxi to victory over the Chattanooga Lookouts, 2-1. Cedric Young, credited with the win in relief, is now 1-2. He allowed no runs on 2 hits in 1 innings. Biloxi now sits at 44-79, while Chattanooga falls to 55-69.

The Shuckers got a clutch hit from second baseman Ernie Brewster. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Shuckers.

"I'm glad I could get it done when the game was in the balance," Pérez said in his postgame press conference.
