Shuckers Get Clutch Win Versus Jackson
In a close game at MGM Park, the Biloxi Shuckers edged the Jackson Generals, 4-3. Biloxi center fielder Anderson Castro stood apart with his performance. He slugged 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. The Shuckers raised their record to 39-70.

Castro delivered a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the 11th to win it for Biloxi. In the contest, Castro belted 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice.
