Chattanooga Lookouts starter José Romero turned in a top-notch performance against the Montgomery Biscuits at Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium. The result was a win for the Lookouts, 4-1. Chattanooga is 44-60 and Montgomery, with the loss, 41-63.

The Lookouts had to work out of trouble in the bottom of the eighth. The score was 4-1, Chattanooga, with no one out. Montgomery, with a runner on 1st, was mounting a threat. Greg Bailey dug in at the plate, but on a 2-1 curveball, he flied out.
