BayBears Rally to Nose Past Jacksonville
The home crowd was treated to a thrilling, walk-off win.

The 9-8 Mobile win over Jacksonville was due largely to Héctor Ramírez. The BayBears first baseman was 2-5 with a home run. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4. Mobile reliever Milo Svela snagged the win, upping his record to 5-1. Gunnar Walsh shouldered the loss.

Eric Stanley was the walk-off hero for Mobile. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the BayBears pinch hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"I was making good contact tonight," said Ramírez.

Today's win puts Mobile at 25-26, while Jacksonville falls to 38-13.
