					| The Miami Marlins licked the Philadelphia Phillies, 9-3. Kris Thompson deserved a big chunk of the credit. The catcher went 1 for 1 with a double and 3 walks. He scored 3 runs for the Marlins. Travis Radke, now 4-2, picked up the win in relief. He allowed 1 run on 3 hits in 2.2 innings. The Marlins  have now reeled off 7 straight wins. 
 Alan O'Keefe, who is tied for 3rd in the NL with a .325 batting average, helped out the Miami cause in the bottom of the third inning with a run-scoring  single. For the game, the left fielder went 2 for 4 with a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3.
 
 "Trying isn't good enough in this league," said Thompson. "You've got to get results."
