There was no shortage of dramatics at PNC Park.

The Pittsburgh Pirates scored a tight, 5-4 win versus the Colorado Rockies at PNC Park. Pittsburgh pitcher Jim Reynolds held his own in the contest. Pittsburgh has won 4 consecutive games.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when Pittsburgh center fielder Pat Miller, facing Dave Kirkpatrick, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Pirates the 5-4 win.

"We fed off the energy of the crowd at the end," Miller said.
