Minnesota used a superb performance from starting pitcher Anthony DeSclafani to down the Houston Astros, 2-0. With the win, the Twins have a record of 57-48.

With scoring opportunities rare, the Twins had to cash in when they had the chance. One such opportunity presented itself in the bottom of the fourth, when third baseman Anthony Rendon hit a run-scoring single. The single came off Kevin Rogers and made the score 1-0, Twins. Rendon went 1-3.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Rendon.
